Sherrill Hadix decided the time was right Thursday for daughter Rachael, 6, to ride without training wheels in their neighborhood in Tacoma's South End. What she didn't plan on was her other daughter, Miranda, 3, wanting in on the action. Watching with amusement is neighbor Blair Anderson. Rachael should have more time - and sunshine - to hone her skills today.
